TSDF
A facility permitted under RCRA to treat, store or dispose of hazardous waste.
Significant noncomplier
EPA's designation for facilities with serious or chronic RCRA violations. The regulator sets and lifts it, so it can stay on while an enforcement case or compliance schedule is open, even after the individual violations are marked as returned to compliance.
EPA waste codes
D001–D003 are ignitable, corrosive and reactive wastes; D004–D043 fail the toxicity test; F codes are listed wastes from common processes (solvents, plating, dioxins, wood preserving); K codes come from specific industries; P and U codes are discarded commercial chemicals (P acutely hazardous).
Biennial Report
The national report every two years of hazardous waste generated, managed, shipped and received; tons received are the latest cycle EPA has published.
Formal enforcement
Legally binding actions (orders, consent agreements, civil or criminal cases), as opposed to informal warning letters.

Other EPA IDs at this addressOther RCRA handler IDs registered at the same street address, usually by the same operator. RCRAInfo tracks each ID separately (its own permit units, Biennial Report and compliance record), so each has its own page here.
Primary NAICSPrimary NAICS code the facility reported to RCRAInfo (2–6 digits).
Facility type“Waste management firm” when the primary NAICS code is in waste management and remediation services (562); otherwise an industrial or government site that also holds a TSDF permit. The commercial flag is self-reported, so this is the quicker test of whether outside customers are its business.
